1. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what information Aureum Intelligence LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website, https://aureumintelligence.com, and what we do with it.

It covers the website only. If we work with you on a project, how we handle data in that engagement is set out in the written agreement for it.

2. Information You Give Us

The website has two forms. We receive what you type into them. We also receive how you arrived, if you came from an ad or another website, and, for the design partner form, which of this website's own buttons brought you to it (see below).

Contact form: your name, work email, company, and optionally your job title and a message. We also record which page of the site you sent it from.

Design partner form: your name, work email, company, and optionally your job title, company website, LinkedIn profile URL, industry, company size, timeline, and a description of what you want to build.

Where you came from (both forms): if you first reached the site from an ad or another website, a submission also records how you arrived: the campaign tags on the link you followed (UTM parameters), the ad click ID that Google or LinkedIn adds to ad links, and the address of the website that referred you. This is attached to a submission only when you submit a form, and only if you arrived that way.

Which button brought you to the design partner form: if you reach the design partner form by clicking one of this website's own buttons that lead to it, the submission also records which button it was: where on the site the button sits (for example, the header or the home page) and the service or package it offered. This is read from the address of the form page when you submit it and is not kept in your browser's storage. Clicking one of these buttons is never recorded as how you arrived at the site.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in either form.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Server logs. When your browser requests a page, our web server logs the request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser's user agent.

Abuse protection. To limit form spam, the server keeps your IP address and the times of your recent form submissions in its memory, and uses the last hour of submissions to decide whether to block another. This is cleared when the server restarts.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which we host ourselves, to count page visits and a few actions: form submissions (and whether they succeeded) and clicks on call-to-action buttons. For each visit, Plausible also records the website that referred you and any campaign tags on the link you followed. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store your IP address.

Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage. This website does not set cookies. When you arrive from an ad or another website, it keeps the campaign tags, ad click ID and referring address described in Section 2 in your browser's session storage for the rest of your visit, so they can be attached if you submit a form. Session storage is cleared when your browsing session ends, and the values kept there are sent to us only as part of a form submission.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use form submissions to read your request, decide whether and how to follow up, and reply to you. We may keep internal notes on a submission and mark its status and priority. We may use AI tools to help review, summarize and prioritize submissions; a person decides whether to contact you.

We use server logs and analytics to keep the site running, investigate problems and abuse, and understand which pages people use.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

5. Who Processes Your Information

• Our hosting. The website and its database run on infrastructure we operate in the United States.
• Postmark sends us an email notification when a form is submitted. For the design partner form, the notification contains your name, email, company and job title, and the button that brought you to the form (Section 2) when that was recorded. For the contact form, it contains your name, email, company, job title, message and the page you sent it from. Both include how you arrived (Section 2) when that was recorded.
• AI model providers. If we use AI tools to review a submission, as described in Section 4, the submission is sent to the provider of the AI model to be processed.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our company email, where those notifications and any replies are kept.
• Google Fonts, as described in Section 3.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

6. How Long We Keep It

We do not delete form submissions on a schedule. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, which you can do at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you submitted, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries to process your submission, and you may object to that processing. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your information is stored in the United States. If you submit a form from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there.

9. Security

Connections to this website are encrypted with TLS. Access to form submissions is limited to Aureum staff who need it. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
